Dear Friends and Supporters:

We are indeed pleased to once again submit this annual report that details our community involvement over the past year.

Programmatically, our concentration has been on housing and community development, closing the digital divide, promoting employment assistance for the elderly and serving as advocate on issues of importance to our constituents.

More specifically, the following is a listing o f a few of our accomplishments during the fiscal year.
1. Met and or exceeded planned goals in both our Senior Community
Service Employment Program and Community Technology Center.
2. Continued with pre-development of the Russell School project.
3. Proceeded with the construction and rent-up of town houses.
  Completed construction of 3 units for sale.
4. Advanced locally for the increase of minority business participation

The Lexington Urban League staff and board are proud of its achievements and pledge a continued dedication to the betterment of this community.
